1 Product Function:

1. Control feed of the vehicle or engine management in order to limit the vehicle speed to a fixed maximum value.
2. Tachometer signal is real-time measurement through GPS signal, accurate speed.
3. Allow normal accelerator control for the purpose of gear changing.
4. Remote control function. Use remote controller to set parameters within 1 meter.
5. Voice alarm function.
6. Allow normal acceleration and full engine power up to the set maximum speed limit when the limitation function comes to play

   Speed limit function	When the vehicle, running at its set speed and with the driver's accelerator at its position of maximum travel, is subject to an accelerating force due to a down gradient,the limiter shall control speed by restricting the engine power to the limiter's minimum engine power control setting.
   	The speed limiting device shall be so designed, constructed and assembled so as to resist vibrations, corrosion, dust, humidity, petrochemicals and aging phenomena to which it may be exposed.
   Test Method at Steady Speed	The vehicle shall be driven at full acceleration till a steady speed is achieved, then shall be maintained at this speed for at least 400 m. The test shall then be repeated in the opposite direction. The stabilized speed for the whole test is the mean of the two average speeds measured on both directions. The whole test including the calculation of the stabilization speed shall be carried out five times. The speed measurement shall be carried out with an accuracy of ± 1 percent and the time measurement with an accuracy of 0.1 s.
   Acceleration Test Method	The power absorbed by the brake of the chassis dynamometer during the test shall be set to correspond with the vehicle's resistance to progressive movement at the tested speed(s}. This power may be established by calculation and shall be set to an accuracy of ±10 percent.

4 Requirements

1. Speed limiter devices shall have a built in / integrated GPS;
2. Speed limiter devices shall be designed, constructed, assembled and fitted to the vehicle that it will perform satisfactorily, despite the vibrations and temperature to which it may be subjected;
3. Speed limiter devices shall be calibrated and maintained in a good working order and capable to limit the speed of a vehicle at the set speed as stipulated by the regulatory body;
4. Speed limiter device shall be so designed, constructed and assembled and fitted to the vehicle to make it maximum tamper proof and fail safe, against various factors such as disconnection / failure of various components e.g. power supply, speed sensor,
   mechanical actuator system, linkages etc. or any unauthorized modification and adjustment to the system;
5. The speed limiter device systems shall be "failsafe" in such a way that if the plug/s to the electronic controller is/are removed, power is disconnected or if the speed signal and/or wire is disconnected the vehicle shall automatically, default to a limp mode
   or the engine shall stall or return to idle or, at least, and thus shall not be able to be driven in excess of thirty kilometers per hour. (30km/h).
6. For the purpose of anti-tampering of the setting of the "set speed" of a speed limiter device, the connection points on a speed limiter device for adjustment of "set speed" shall be properly sealed and protected from unauthorized adjustment.

The Specific install Steps:

①　Place the limiter host.

The limiter host can be installed in steering room ,a place will not not affect the driver operating. Please pay attention to fix it well, make the lines routing as hidden as possible.

②　Install the limiter actuator and connect its drawing cable to vehicle throttle cable.

At first, we connect the actuator power line well, turn on the power, the actuator will spit its steel cable automatically , turn off the power until the cable completely spit out.

Then please step the accelerator pedal to the end state. Make the pull head of the actuator cable pass through the engine throttle control lever. Then cut off the excess portion, fixed the cable head well, make the drawing direction of the limiter steel cable and vehicle throttle cable negative, then fix the limiter well, there is a mounting bracket on the limiter body. Please install it in a appropriate position onto the vehicle with screws.

6 Speed Limiter Document requirement

1. At minimum name of the manufacturer; serial number. month and year of manufacture details shall be marked on each speed limiter device.
2. The manual shall include at minimum the following information.

• The expected behavior of a vehicle where a road speed limiter has been fitted
• Driving tips for a vehicle where road speed limiter has been installed
• What should not be done to the installed road speed limiters
• What should be done in case of malfunction
• The liability of the owner or driver of vehicle for tampering with the road speed limiters.
