1. Speed limiter GPS Attention

Please insert the SIM card before installing, and make sure the SIM card has no password,otherwise the tracker will not work normally.

Please make sure that all the cables of the speed limiter tracker has been connected rightly, and then connect the speed limiter tracker to host power. Must not install or take down the speed limiter GPS tracker when it is power on. If you found any troubles or omissions about the connections of cables, please cut off power first,otherwise you will easily damage the tracker.
- The speed limiter GPS tracker works in wireless communications, so please cut off the host power before your vehicles entering fuel depot and dangerous material place.
- The host of GPS tracker is a low-power wireless transmitter and receiver. It receives and sends radio frequency signal when it is working.
2. The Speed Limiter GPS Tracker Start up
The indicator in the speed limiter can turn into red and blue color. Insert the SIM card and install the speed limiter tracker in the car, the red indicator is on. In 10 seconds, the device will begin to work and search the 3G network signals as well as the GPS signals. When the device is communicating, the red indicator blinks very fast. The blue indicator will keep flashing every 2 seconds when the GPS module is in standby mode. When the blue indicator is not lighting, the GPS module is working but hasn’t fixed position, after it has fixed position, the blue indicator is lighting

4. Speed Limiter Requirements

- The speed limiting device shall be so designed, constructed and assembled so as to resist vibrations, corrosion, dust, humidity, petrochemicals and aging phenomena to which it may be exposed;
- Speed limiter device shall be so designed, constructed and assembled and fitted to the vehicle to make it maximum tamper proof and fail safe, against various factors such as disconnection / failure of various components e.g. power supply, speed sensor,
mechanical actuator system, linkages etc. or any unauthorized modification and adjustment to the system. - The speed limiter function shall be independent of the condition or soundness of the speedometer
- For the purpose of anti-tampering of the setting of the "set speed" of a speed limiter device, the connection points on a speed limiter device for adjustment of "set speed" shall be properly sealed and protected from unauthorized adjustment.

- The actuation force of the controls should not have a detrimental effect on the driver's efficiency or impose fatigue on the driver.
